In 1988, Terry Frost served as Project Design Architect for the creation of the new $40,000,000 Edmonton City Hall, an 80,000 square foot complex. Responding to the multi-task requirements of the structures, Frost integrated several innovations--both structurally and acoustically. The architect was honored with the Edmonton Urban Design Review Panel Award of Excellence for the City Hall project. |
