the metropol condo unit

Winning the assignment to design the North Garneau Condominiums, a 24 unit building in downtown Edmonton, Terry Frost sought ways to break the mold and give the new condo occupants a sense of personal space free of the hive mentality common to such urban apartment structures. When completed, the condos were considered one of the better walk-up apartments in Edmonton. Frost was honored with the City of Edmonton Architectural Award in 1985.
